Service Description

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and career exploration in our immersive "Career Exploration Summer Camp." Throughout the course, students will delve into a diverse array of high-demand careers, including software development, data science, healthcare, engineering, marketing, and more. Through interactive activities and guest speaker sessions, participants will identify their personal strengths, interests, and aptitudes, gaining valuable insights into the educational pathways that align with their aspirations. Guided by experienced educators, students will explore the interdisciplinary nature of various fields, understanding the vital connection between school subjects and real-world applications. By the end of the camp, students will have developed practical skills through hands-on projects, simulated tasks, and engaging field trips, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future academic and professional endeavors. Designed for middle and high school students, this comprehensive course offers an invaluable opportunity to navigate the exciting world of careers with confidence and clarity. About the Instructor: Mrs. Galyen has a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. For the past six years she has taught Advertising, Sports & Entertainment Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Money Matters, Career Preparation and Advanced Marketing to students in grades 9-12. She has inspired many of her students to go on and major in business-many of whom have become entrepreneurs themselves. During her tenure as the DECA sponsor, Mrs. Galyen's leadership propelled her team to remarkable success, consistently securing their advancement to the State level year after year. She also serves as the Marketing Specialist for Boluo School. Session 1: 6/9-7/7 Day: Sundays Time: 7-8:30 PM EST | 4-5:30 PST Format: 1.5 hour classes once per week

Cancellation Policy

If there are less than four students enrolled for a class, Boluo School reserves the right to cancel the class. Boluo School strives to provide the best quality service for each student. If a course does not meet your expectations, Boluo School will refund the remaining tuition before the second class. However, notice must be given within the first week of starting a course.
