Service Description

This advanced reading and writing workshop is to prepare students for the rigorous reading and writing in high school. This course focuses on reinforcing writing fundamentals at the high school level requirement, including sentence structure, punctuation, capitalization, subject-verb agreement, paragraph structure, self-editing, and proofreading. This workshop will also introduce critical reading that allows students to strengthen their reading comprehension skills at a higher level that matches their maturity. This course uses literature from the Great Depression and is designed to be paired with our social studies class that covers the same time period. About the instructor: Dr Lynch has been a full-time English Language Arts teacher at the high school level for more than 26 years. She is also an advisor for school newspaper and yearbook for her high school. As an avid writer, she has also published several articles in magazines such as Youth and Tech as well as a college textbook on radio broadcasting. Cancelation Policy

If there are less than four students enrolled for a class, Boluo School reserves the right to cancel the class. Boluo School strives to provide the best quality service for each student. If a course does not meet your expectations, Boluo School will refund the remaining tuition before the second class. However, notice must be given within the first week of starting a course.
